Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to work as part of a team
Must have a friendly and approachable personality

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and thanking guests as they depart
Assigning all necessary tables pre-shift and providing servers with appropriate chits
Answering phones throughout the shift and directing calls to appropriate personnel as necessary
Pulling out chairs, seating guests, providing menus once seated
Performing additional opening and closing side work-related job duties including cleaning, stocking, and setting up host stand for next shift
