Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
Quote accurate wait times and manage reservations
Attend to guests providing special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and deliver a seamless experience
Offer a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on the team and guests: every decision should consider the guest and team
