Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
- Manage the lobby experience
- Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff regarding guest needs
- Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests
