Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
reliable and punctual
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
basic problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival
seat guests quickly and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
communicate party counts and seating arrangements to servers and managers
assist in managing guest wait lists and ensuring smooth flow of guests
provide friendly and genuine thank you acknowledgments to guests leaving the restaurant
support servers and managers in delivering excellent customer service
