Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and engaging hospitality
- Manage seating arrangements and introduce servers to guests
- Maintain and coordinate the restaurant waiting list during high volume times
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points
- Ensure efficient flow of guests within the dining area
