Job Requirements

No previous experience required
willingness to learn and assist in multiple restaurant tasks
positive attitude and excellent communication skills
ability to stand for long periods and be physically active
availability to work flexible hours including weekends
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

Ability to carry conversations with a positive attitude
energetic and friendly with a passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the facility while standing approximately 90 percent of the workday
previous hosting or service experience is a plus
flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and professionally
manage the dining room flow to ensure efficiency
assist customers with seating and inquiries
manage the cash drawer and process payments accurately
communicate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts
take on new tasks as required to maintain a high standard of customer service
