Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to participate in tip pooling
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and welcoming personality
- basic proficiency with reservation or point-of-sale systems a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- manage guest relations and respond to guest needs
- take and relay orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- handle phone calls and reservations as needed
- collaborate with restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
- promote a hospitable and positive atmosphere
