Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant
- Seat guests efficiently, managing the flow of the dining room
- Ensure accommodation for parties of various sizes including families and business groups
- Provide accurate information about menu items and specials
- Handle To Go orders and merchandise sales
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and promote upcoming events
- Maintain the front of house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
