Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant
Seat guests efficiently, managing the flow of the dining room
Ensure accommodation for parties of various sizes including families and business groups
Provide accurate information about menu items and specials
Handle To Go orders and merchandise sales
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and promote upcoming events
Maintain the front of house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
