Job Description

Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
Ability to communicate effectively
Commitment to making an impact in guest experience
Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile
Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Follow health and safety protocols including use of protective gear and frequent hand washing
Remain attentive and mobile for periods up to four hours
