Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Capable of standing for extended periods
Basic organizational skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations beneficial
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm
Introduce customers to Chuys' unique made-from-scratch menu items
Seat guests efficiently while managing wait lists
Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area
Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and specials
Foster a fun and positive environment for guests and coworkers
Encourage repeat visits by creating memorable guest interactions
