Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an asset
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage guest flow effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and reservation software is a plus.
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
- Effectively coordinate and control our Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to our departing Guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking our Guests to their table, and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and your fellow Team Members
- Be a team player and work well with others.
