Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting and seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
- Learn and understand the restaurant seating layout, server areas, and the process of delivering food
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently in accordance with P.F. Chang's specifications
- Learn and execute curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
