Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks through the entire shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- strong commitment to providing excellent guest service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- positive attitude and team player
- previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly at the door
- assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- communicate effectively with team members
- contribute to a positive and energetic workplace environment
