Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
  • ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks through the entire shift
  • ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to communicate effectively with others
  • strong commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to follow health and safety protocols
  • positive attitude and team player
  • previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly at the door
  • assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service
  • maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • contribute to a positive and energetic workplace environment
