ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and promptly
manage the seating chart and direct guests to their tables
ensure cleanliness and sanitation of host area and guest touchpoints
present menus to guests and provide helpful dining suggestions
coordinate with serving staff and kitchen to maintain smooth guest flow
thank guests and invite them to return
assist with answering phones and reservations when needed
