Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and promptly
  • manage the seating chart and direct guests to their tables
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of host area and guest touchpoints
  • present menus to guests and provide helpful dining suggestions
  • coordinate with serving staff and kitchen to maintain smooth guest flow
  • thank guests and invite them to return
  • assist with answering phones and reservations when needed
