Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand or move steadily for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- ability to frequently wash hands and use cleaning supplies
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- demonstrated commitment to quality guest service
- adaptability to flexible work schedules
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door with a smile
- assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow and seating efficiency
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate clearly and attentively with employees and dining room staff
- comply with health and safety standards including use of protective equipment and cleaning protocols
- support team efforts to ensure a positive dining experience
