Job Requirements

Ability to greet guests warmly and professionally
Comfortable managing waitlists and seating arrangements
Good communication skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Basic familiarity with restaurant operations considered a bonus

Job Duties
