Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
ability to communicate effectively with others
committed to providing excellent guest service
ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings during shifts
able to work flexible schedules
legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
customer service experience is a plus
ability to follow health and safety guidelines
strong team player mindset
basic math skills for handling guest transactions

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and with a smile
assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
maintain smooth guest flow and dining room operations
transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
adhere to health and safety protocols including use of protective coverings and cleaning supplies
communicate clearly and attentively with staff and guests
perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds
