Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
- ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
- commitment to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to handle fast-paced environments
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- adhere to safety, hygiene and protective equipment protocols
- contribute to a positive and fun work environment
