Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to remain stationary and move with good mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door with a smile
- Assist servers by providing support during service
- Maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements in the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, kitchen, and service bar
- Ensure cleanliness and follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the dining experience
