Job Requirements

- Prior experience in host or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a waiting list efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Seat guests promptly and introduce them to their servers
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure regular cleaning and sanitizing of guest touchpoints within the restaurant
- Assist with restaurant flow and communicate with team members
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service
