Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- ensure guest and team member areas are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- present guests with clean menus and offer dining suggestions
- thank guests sincerely and invite them back
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host stand and entrance
- coordinate with the serving team to optimize guest satisfaction
