Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
  • manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • ensure guest and team member areas are regularly sanitized and disinfected
  • present guests with clean menus and offer dining suggestions
  • thank guests sincerely and invite them back
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host stand and entrance
  • coordinate with the serving team to optimize guest satisfaction
