Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and team members
Work well as a team player with other staff members
