Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
  • ability to lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to operate point of sale system
  • sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
  • ability to hear well in a noisy environment
  • comply with health regulations for food handling

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • manage guest waiting list and adhere to proper seating rotation
  • take initial beverage orders and suggestively sell promotions
  • handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions accurately following safe procedures
  • address guest concerns promptly and notify supervisor of any issues
  • assist service personnel with beverage orders, refills, and maintaining clean tables
  • maintain guest foyer area and ensure cleanliness and organization
