Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
ability to lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs
basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
ability to operate point of sale system
sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
ability to hear well in a noisy environment
comply with health regulations for food handling
ability to observe and differentiate monetary denominations
ability to work with potentially hazardous chemicals

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
manage guest waiting list and adhere to proper seating rotation
take initial beverage orders and suggestively sell promotions
handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions accurately following safe procedures
address guest concerns promptly and notify supervisor of any issues
assist service personnel with beverage orders, refills, and maintaining clean tables
maintain guest foyer area and ensure cleanliness and organization
