Job Requirements

Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Seat guests efficiently and ensure seating arrangements optimize guest flow
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touchpoints
Communicate effectively with servers and managers about party counts and seating
Provide genuine and courteous thanks to guests as they leave
Assist staff in managing guest wait times and special requests
Help create an enjoyable and welcoming environment for all guests
