- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- seat guests efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant flow
- communicate guest party counts and seating availability to servers and managers
- ensure guest touchpoints are clean and sanitized
- assist servers and managers as needed to support guest service
- thank guests sincerely as they leave
- contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere
