Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Assist guests with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Provide informative and friendly customer service
Maintain a clean and organized host area

Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously
