Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of guest touch points
- Communicate effectively with servers and managers about party sizes and seating
- Assist servers and managers to ensure smooth operation flow
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support team members as needed during busy periods
