Job Requirements
- Must be punctual and presentable
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or host role is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately upon entry
- Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant
- Accommodate parties with children, large groups, and business clientele
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to answer guest questions
- Assist with To Go orders and merchandise sales
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and promote upcoming events
- Monitor and maintain front-of-house atmosphere including lighting, music, and cleanliness
