Job Duties

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
  • managing the waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow
  • updating guests periodically with wait times and seating information
  • preparing tables quickly and thoroughly for incoming guests
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
  • coordinating with servers and management to optimize guest service
  • handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
