Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- managing the waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow
- updating guests periodically with wait times and seating information
- preparing tables quickly and thoroughly for incoming guests
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
- coordinating with servers and management to optimize guest service
- handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
