Job Requirements

Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
Ability to greet guests warmly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills to manage waitlists effectively
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Engage with guests in friendly small talk to enhance their experience
