Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage guests pleasantly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Must be 21 years or older to participate in certain benefit programs

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure that various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Introduce guests to their servers
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly host station area
