Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly welcome
- Guide guests to their assigned tables
- Present clean menus and assist with guest inquiries about the menu
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by regularly cleaning and disinfecting guest and team member touchpoints
- Manage wait lists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Enhance guest experience by offering suggestions and addressing special requests
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
