Must know the restaurant's menu and floor plan
must be fully conversational in English
must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods
must be able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions

previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Welcome guests at the entrance of the establishment
maintain a clean and orderly front door area
maintain solid product knowledge
evenly manage the workload between servers
aid servers when necessary while monitoring the restaurant entrance
communicate guest concerns and complaints to managers immediately
maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance
maintain knowledge of the airport, terminal, and restaurant offerings including information and recommendations
