Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Guide guests to their assigned tables efficiently and courteously
  • Present clean menus to guests and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
  • Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints to maintain health and safety standards
  • Thank guests genuinely at the end of their visit and invite them back
  • Collaborate with restaurant team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
  • Assist in managing guest waitlists and seating arrangements during busy periods
