Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Guide guests to their assigned tables efficiently and courteously
- Present clean menus to guests and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints to maintain health and safety standards
- Thank guests genuinely at the end of their visit and invite them back
- Collaborate with restaurant team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Assist in managing guest waitlists and seating arrangements during busy periods
