- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Making memorable first and last impressions
- Smiling and having genuine conversations with guests in person and on the phone
- Coordinating the wait and seating guests following Carrabba's hospitality standards
- Leading the lobby experience for each guest following Carrabba's hospitality standards
- Setting the pace of the dining room as you seat guests in dining and bar areas
- Ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized host station
