Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must pass a background check
Legal authorization to work in the country
Willingness to learn and adapt
Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Ability to use reservation and waitlist management systems

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
Escort guests to their tables efficiently
Manage reservations and wait lists when necessary
Maintain communication with the kitchen and service staff for smooth seating flow
Provide excellent customer service as part of the Front of House team
Address guest inquiries and assist with special requests
Ensure the dining area is organized and presentable
