Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift
- Willingness to work in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and make a great first impression
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and maintain waitlists during busy periods
- Provide exceptional customer service as part of the front of house team
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand and entrance area
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints
