High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Friendly and welcoming personality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and monitor waitlist accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work collaboratively with store management and team members to foster a team environment
Ensure a memorable dining experience by embodying CPK High 5 principles
Manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining room flow
Assist with general front-of-house operations as needed
