Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Seat guests and introduce them to servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during busy times
- Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover
