Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and engaging smile
- Seat guests and introduce them to their servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list accurately during high volume periods
- Set and communicate guest expectations sincerely
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize various guest touch points regularly
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and safe restaurant environment
