Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- uphold high safety and sanitation standards by performing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and controlling crowds
- learn and understand the restaurant seating layout, including how tables are divided into server areas and the food delivery process
- set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- learn and execute curbside and takeout procedures
- conduct side-work as required during each shift
