Job Requirements

Ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift and grasp
Sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
Ability to hear well in a loud environment
Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply and divide
Meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
Ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
Ability to operate point of sale system
Ability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals

Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
Excellent guest service skills

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately in a friendly manner upon arrival and acknowledge them at departure
Seat guests at clean, dry tables utilizing proper seating rotation
Maintain guest waiting list and adhere to proper seating order procedures
Describe promotions and suggestively sell while seating guests
Take initial beverage order
Respond promptly to guest concerns in a courteous manner
Assist service personnel in providing beverage orders and refills, clearing and setting tables
