Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems helpful
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- Provide special attention to guests ensuring a great experience
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless dining experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invite guests to return
- Focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction in every decision
