Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
willingness to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Receive each guest at the restaurant with a smile
quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
attend to guests by providing special experiences
escort guests to their tables and ensure a flawless experience
provide a warm goodbye and invitation to return
focus on the team and guests, ensuring every decision considers both
maintain a friendly and welcoming environment
