Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
  • Willingness to comply with physical demands and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer in our restaurant with a smile
  • Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
  • Attend to customers by providing special experiences
  • Escort customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
  • Provide a warm goodbye and invitation to return
  • Focus on your team and customers with every decision made
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere upholding company values
