  • Arrives well groomed and in proper uniform
  • Greets and provides directions to guests, delivery drivers, and vendors promptly
  • Answers phone calls professionally and timely
  • Presents menus to guests
  • Manages host cash drawer accurately
  • Reports lost items to manager immediately
  • Demonstrates comprehensive menu knowledge
  • Manages seating rotation effectively
  • Ensures accuracy in take-out, delivery, and curbside orders
  • Assists with clearing and setting tables
  • Complies with all employee handbooks and training materials
  • Follows management directions with positive attitude
  • Completes daily cleaning projects
  • Adheres to break policies
  • Manages wait list and quotes wait times accurately
  • Works various scheduled shifts including late hours, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Able to obtain valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Server Permit
  • Displays basic knowledge of hospitality, service, and restaurant operations
  • Demonstrates friendly, professional, and helpful attitude towards coworkers and guests
  • Able to perform basic mathematics accurately
  • Proficient with Micros POS system
  • Maintains positive demeanor and good time management
  • Practices proper hand-washing and food handling techniques as per health guidelines
  • Follows OLCC regulations and Pastini House Policies for alcohol sales

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and hospitably
  • Take orders in person, over the phone, online, and via tablets accurately
  • Manage and pack take-out and delivery orders efficiently
  • Run curbside pickup orders effectively
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect as per procedures
  • Manage host cash drawer accurately
  • Assist front-of-house staff with bussing and station stocking duties
