Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Basic computer proficiency for reservations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a warm first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and politely
  • Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station area
  • Support the team with other front-of-house duties as assigned
