Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Basic computer proficiency for reservations
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a warm first impression
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and politely
- Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
- Communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station area
- Support the team with other front-of-house duties as assigned
