Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Basic computer proficiency for reservations
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service
Basic computer skills for managing reservations
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a warm first impression
Escort guests to their tables efficiently and politely
Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
Communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station area
Support the team with other front-of-house duties as assigned
