Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Basic proficiency with phone systems
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
Basic knowledge of phone systems and reservation software is beneficial

Job Duties

Say something nice to every guest you meet
Answer phones with a friendly greeting
Go out of your way to assist every guest
Make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for
Exhibit teamwork
Maintain a clean and stocked restroom
Effectively maintain wait and quote times
Give our first-time guests an extra special welcome
Communicate with SA's to ensure speedy table turns
Work hand-in-hand with Door Coordinator to ensure guest service
