  • Prior experience as a host is a plus
  • Must showcase teamwork and communications skills
  • Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have an active Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

  • Greeting, seating and escorting guests to their tables with a smile and welcoming comments
  • Open doors for guests arriving and departing
  • Accommodating any special needs of a guest ie
  • boosters, highchairs, disabilities
  • Process To-Go orders
  • Manage wait lists when the restaurant is busy
  • Providing menu recommendations and additional information such as our specials
  • Up selling additional products when appropriate
  • Taking orders
  • Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
  • Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion to curb side pick up guests
  • Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the restaurant
  • Providing exceptional customer experience
  • Answering the telephone per SOP
