Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them at the appropriate table
Maintains clean and organized restaurant lobby area
Monitor the wait list and assist the guest with wait times and escort the guests to their tables once it is ready
Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
